Chipotle Cashew Cream
Pantry Items
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Juice from half lemon
salt to taste
Vitamix or blend all ingredients until smooth
If the cashew cream is too thick, add more water and blend again
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week
